Bill began practicing real estate in the area, in 1993. Starting off with Premier Properties, he soon went out on his own with his brokers license. In 1995 Bill started Lake Lure Real Estate. His true love is the land in the area and specializing in large parcels of land. His knowledge of the land has made him successfull in listings and sales.
